In this project, my own Architectural Design Project from the point of view of a Project Manager as well as a client is documented:

Document (Written report, annotated visual images) 3 Components in total, i.e:

1. Design Analysis, picking up issues of PROGRAMME VIABILITY, DESIGN SUITABILITY and MAINTENANCE STRATEGY specifically related to your design. (Note: This is to be in essay format.).

2. Risk Analysis and Mitigation Strategy (to achieve an identified SUCCESS CRITERIA and project deliverables. This must be in a TABLE FORMAT, AND should be from a CLIENT’S POINT OF VIEW).

3. Gantt Chart (showing overall construction strategy and possible critical path, plotted against time. This chart will highlight PROJECT DELIVERABLES and BIM strategies.
