In tandem with the main project of Architecture Design Project Studio 6, knowledge of construction, technology, materials and building services, as well as UBBL and fire safety regulations are demonstrated in developing my architectural design project technically.

 

The functionality of spatial requirement in relation to by-laws and regulations, ergonomics, environmental concerns and other issues to ensure a good, healthy, safe and comfortable living environment for all users must be taken into account.

 

Submission format: Full set A1 drawings, including (but not restricted to):

a.    One (1) Building Section

b.    One (1) Elevation

c.    One (1) Full Height Wall Section of selected portions of the building, corresponding to the Building Section (item ‘a’ above) with detailing call outs

d.    Two (2) construction details featuring a major joint (e.g. wall/floor, roof/wall, etc.), corresponding to the Full Height Wall Section (item ‘c’ above)

e.    Staircase Details

f.     Toilet Details
